Understanding Fractions

I was learning to understand the parts of a fraction.  I thought this was easy to explain how the fraction looks.  It was harder when there was more pieces.  I want to get better at learning big fractions.

This is the big spider.  We have been learning about non-fiction texts.  In this activity we had to use the information from the book to label the parts of a spider on a diagram
The easy part was connecting the words together.  My next step is to read harder non-fiction books.

I'm proud of my writing because I found this writing easy to ask for help.
What I found tricky was to plan my ideas.
My next step is to focus on planning my ideas.

What was hard was writing our name.
What was easy was when we coloured the circles.
My next step is to colour the name art correctly.

Making and breaking numbers

My Reflection

I was learning that numbers can be made and broken up in a number of different ways.
I learnt that breaking up numbers can help me with my maths and learning.  I found it hard because it was hard to figure out the numbers to make 20.  My next step is to try different numbers.
